Spirit of the Possible
What makes a successful business entrepreneur? It's a difficult question to answer. They possess a strange mix of naivety, initiative and pragmatism - naïve enough to believe they can actually change the world, the initiative to actually try, and the perseverance to survive all the heavy lifting and naysayers. Ultimately, it takes a willingness to try something new, to break with convention, to risk failure, and to learn from your mistakes. The secret ingredient is leadership. Ultimately, leadership is the only force in the universe that can move ideas from concept to reality.
The Trivaris leadership team is comprised of individuals that have spent their careers within the trenches of the innovation realm.
